As a Stuttgart aid organization, we support on four continents with a network of volunteers, partners and sponsors where aid is needed the most. STELP campaigns for a world in which children, women and men – regardless of origin, age, sexual orientation or political and religious worldview – can live free of acute hardship and self-determinedly in dignity and security and can shape their future sustainably on their own .

YOUR TASKS
- You support the team in day-to-day business.
- You have an overview of our projects and help to organize them.
- You manage and maintain our database and help us to keep our aid projects and volunteers up to date.
- You communicate with our project partners abroad and support us in preparing our regular activity reports on the individual aid projects.
- You support the team in the planning and implementation of regular meetings and group discussions and follow up on them.
- You will find new funding opportunities and help us realize exciting projects.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- You identify with the work and goals of STELP.
- You are a doer who gets things on the road quickly.
- You are fluent in spoken and written German and have good knowledge of English.
- You have a “can-do mentality” and work on your tasks in an organized, reliable and independent manner, so that the team can always rely on you. Even in stressful situations you keep a cool head and approach problems in a goal-oriented manner.
- You have mastered the MS Office package and ideally have experience with tools such as Slack, Trello, Miro and Google Workspace.
- You are studying (3rd semester or longer) in a subject that enables you to complete the tasks described with high quality.
- You have internship or professional experience in the areas mentioned.
The internship lasts 3-6 months,it is a mandatory internship and includes 40h/week.
