We live New Work! You prefer to work remotely, in our office near the Olgaeck or in a co-working space? With us you have the possibility to freely decide where you work from and you can also freely arrange your working hours.

At STELP, we are a diverse and, above all, purpose-driven team working to make the world a better place. We have flat hierarchy structure and live an open communication culture. To strengthen our cohesion, we travel together once a year for a few days to an offsite.
