Interview
STELP : Could you briefly introduce yourself and tell us what you do at STELP?
Martina: Martina: I’m a team assistant and take care of various administrative tasks such as invoicing, member management, incoming mail, donation receipts, etc. Through the team@ address, I’m the first point of contact for many who are reaching out to STELP for the first time or simply want to share their concerns, have questions, or wish to support.
STELP: What is your STELP story?
Martina: I was looking for work that is enjoyable and meaningful. Through my work at STELP, I feel like I’m giving back a little to those who are less privileged and making a contribution to making many people’s lives a bit better. Durch meine Arbeit bei STELP habe ich das Gefühl, ein bisschen was zurückzugeben an diejenigen, die weniger privilegiert sind und einen Beitrag zu leisten, das Leben vieler Menschen ein bisschen besser zu machen.
STELP: Which project is particularly close to your heart?
Martina: Since I have 3 children myself and believe that children are our future, projects that focus on the well-being of children are particularly close to my heart – for example, the orphanage in Tanzania and providing support to school children in Yemen.
STELP: How do you clear your head?
Martina: Spending time with my family and friends and engaging in sports – preferably outdoors.
STELP: Home-Office or coming into the office?
Martina: For me, a mix of home office and office is perfect; the flexibility at STELP is really valuable to me.
