STELP: What is your STELP story?
Jéssica Seidler: I joined STELP because the mission and values immediately appealed to me. The opportunity to support people in need while working in a team that shares the same vision simply excited me. As an HR officer, I can not only actively help shape the team, but also contribute to finding the right people to drive our projects forward. Every day, working here reminds me of the importance of cohesion and commitment – values that are particularly close to my heart as a mother.
STELP: Which project is particularly close to your heart?
Jessi: There are many projects at STELP that move me, but I am particularly touched by the work with children and families. Seeing how projects make a positive difference to young people’s lives and hopefully give them a better future is particularly meaningful to me as a mother. I often think about how much I want all children to have the opportunity to grow up in a safe and loving environment.
STELP: What makes STELP special for you?
Jessi: For me, STELP is a place where compassion and commitment take center stage. It’s not just about the work, but about a common goal and a lived solidarity that inspires me every day. The family atmosphere and mutual support give me the feeling that I can not only grow professionally here, but also personally – exactly what I want for my own children.
STELP: What does your perfect lunch date look like?
Jessi: My perfect lunch date would be a relaxed break with my colleagues where we can sit in nature, enjoy good food and talk about everything from projects and ideas to everyday things. For me, it’s a nice balance to just take a deep breath and talk to others.
STELP: How do you clear your head?
Jessi: The best way for me to do this is to spend time with my family. A walk in the park, cooking together or a games evening with my children – that gives me strength and brings me back into balance. Recharging my batteries in nature also helps me a lot, especially when I simply have a quiet minute to myself to take a deep breath and recharge my batteries.
