Sivany: It all started with the question of whether I wanted to save the world – and I’ve been at it ever since. First it was curiosity, then enthusiasm, now it’s conviction. For me, STELP is a project close to my heart and an attitude: just do it, don’t talk too much and never forget what it’s really about: helping people who need it.

STELP: What makes STELP special for you?
Sivany: For me, STELP is radically people-oriented. Guided by the “just do it” mentality and the courage to go where it hurts, STELP does not stop at pure emergency aid, but thinks along with you: How can we create structures that last? How can we turn help into a perspective? This kind of thinking – direct, pragmatic, but never arbitrary – is what makes STELP special for me.
STELP: What does your perfect lunch date look like?
Sivany: Great people, good conversations – preferably without any job talk. Preferably outside at NATAN with a bowl and the STELP apple spritzer (the best), lots of laughter and a round of Wizard at the end.
STELP: How do you clear your head?
Sivany: To be honest, I haven’t quite dribbled it out yet. But what helps is time with friends, long walks without a destination, turning off the cell phone or simply watching documentaries. Nature always works too. I’m working on it.
