STELP: When was your point of contact with STELP?
Jörg: I got to know STELP at a network meeting in the Scharrena in 2019. Serkan introduced STELP together with Timo. During the coronavirus period, we agreed with all employees in the team that we would donate a portion of our profits if the annual results were positive and that the recipients of the donations would be decided each year by the team. This is how we became active in 2020 with the first donation to STELP and decided to make a fixed monthly contribution as a partner from 2022 to support STELP as an organization and not only act as a donor in the event of current disasters.
STELP: What was your most formative STELP moment?
Jörg: The motivation to do good and the mostly voluntary commitment with which the STELP employees are out and about.
STELP: What makes the STELP team stand out for you?
Jörg: The local roots in Stuttgart, the personal contacts, including through the partner meeting at the Natan Café, and the transparency with which STELP is run.
STELP: In brief – What does STELP stand for to you?
Jörg: STELP offers active help in times of need through and with personal commitment.
STELP:Which aid project is particularly close to yourr heart?
Jörg: There is no specific aid project here. We trust Serkan and his colleagues on the ground in the crisis regions to make an appropriate decision as to what is worth contributing to or getting involved in.
