Together with our Germany-wide partner organisations from the Civil Crisis Staff Network and the NGO Our Bridge we are sending eight trucks to the earthquake zone in north-eastern Syria.
We are financing a truck worth around 35,000 euros. This will enable us to supply about 1000 families with relief goods. On board are basic food, blankets and mattresses, but also working materials such as gloves, helmets, jackhammers and generators.
The convoy started today in Iraq and is now on its way to Afrin and Aleppo. Regions where still hardly any aid arrives.
Our founder Serkan Eren is still working on getting an entry permit for Syria. We will keep you updated here as well!
