Door 18: Volunteers

Since September 2020, we have been continuously active on site on Lesvos together with our partner organization #LeaveNoOneBehind.

Starting with the installation of shower and washing containers for refugees and the provision of food, hygiene articles and clothing, we are now supporting the Parea Center, a community center for refugees run by Europe Cares, just a few minutes’ walk from Mavrovouni Camp, together with 11 other NGOs.

Volunteers from STELP help to create an inviting space for visitors at the Community Center, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.

In this video they take you with them and send you Christmas greetings from Lesvos.
