Over the past two years, we have repeatedly reported to you about the transports we have organized to Ukraine. To give you a better overview, we will summarize all transports of the past quarter for you in the future. In the period from April to June, we delivered a large number of urgently needed relief supplies to Ukraine in 12 shipments.
In the second quarter of 2024, we provided 51,000 food items, 11,950 hygiene items and over 2,000 items of furniture, primarily desks and chairs for schools as well as mattresses, to help the people of Ukraine during this difficult time.
In addition to providing relief supplies, we continue to focus on providing psychosocial support. In the „7 Fields“ school, for example, an educational and safe environment is created for 34 children and psychological rehabilitation is made possible. The Ukrainians continue to need our help. Unfortunately, there is still no end to the war in sight.
