When does the concert start?
Admission is from 18.30. There are no fixed seats, so it pays to be there early. From 19:30 DJ 5ter Ton will get you in the mood for the evening and for the fantastic concert with Joy Denalane and Max Herre.

Where can I park? What is the best way to get to the location?
You CANNOT park on site. Please travel by public transportation.
From Stuttgart main station, take S-Bahn line 1 to Stuttgart-Untertürkheim, continue with bus 61 to Rotenberg terminus.
Before the concert, our Daimler Trucks STELP shuttle will also run every 20 minutes with Mercedes buses across the street from Untertürkheim station to the grave chapel (see below for exact location). Also after the concert our shuttle will bring you back to Untertürkheim.

How long does the concert last?
The concert is scheduled to end at 9:30 p.m.
Bag regulation and prohibited items
Maximum allowed bag size: DIN A4 (29,5cm x 21cm) No bag – and jacket drop-off on site!
For security reasons, the following items, among others, are prohibited on the premises:
– Bags, backpacks, handbags larger than DIN A4.
– Bulky items such as seating of any kind
– Containers of any kind (e.g. made of glass)
– Potentially dangerous items such as weapons, pyrotechnic items (including sparklers), laser pointers, studded belts and chains (e.g., on wallets), spurs (e.g., on boots), and the like
– Spray cans (also deodorants or hair sprays).
– Tape recorders, film, video, and still cameras
– Selfie sticks, laptops, tablets
– Animals of any kind (including assistance animals without prior notification).
– Food, liquids/beverages, and beverage containers
– Megaphones and vuvuzelas
– Banners and signs
Prohibited items will be retained, with no claims against the organizer due to possible loss of items.
Drinks
The 1819 Bistro serves drinks at the Grabkapelle. The deposit goes to Viva con Agua.
Video and photography
Video and audio recordings and photographs will be taken at the event, and you agree to their use by attending the event.
Charity
The Joy Denalane & Max Herre Soundsystemshow is a joint event of STELP Events UG, HipHop Open and STELP e. V. Thanks to our great sponsors our cost price is zero. All proceeds of the evening go to our social business, the STELP Events UG, which distributes its entire profit at the end of the year to our aid organization STELP e. V. and thus also to our aid projects.
