Sudan is facing one of the most severe humanitarian crises in the world. Millions of people are dependent on aid, while many health facilities have been destroyed, are overwhelmed, or are no longer operational. In many places, illnesses, injuries, and emergencies cannot be adequately treated—with life-threatening consequences. Medical care is severely limited, particularly in Khartoum.
