Although primary and secondary education is now accessible to most children in Kenya, entering the workforce often remains difficult. This is because there is a lack of practical training and career prospects.
In addition, Kenya’s population is growing rapidly—and with it the number of young people entering the labor market each year. Estimates put this figure at up to one million. But for many, the path to fair and secure employment is rocky. Whether young people have a chance of finding work often depends heavily on where they live, their gender, or their ethnic origin.

By building a hybrid education center that accompanies up to 100 young people at a time on their way to a self-determined future with a wide range of university-related courses.
