STELP: When did you first come across STELP?
Anthony Lynch: We had known about STELP for quite some time, mainly because of its strong presence and outstanding commitment here in Stuttgart. Our first real point of contact came when we took a closer look at how STELP organizes humanitarian aid and the structures behind it. That’s what really impressed us: it’s not just about providing short-term support, but about creating reliable structures that make help possible whenever it’s needed.
STELP: What has been your most memorable STELP moment?
Anthony Lynch: For us, it wasn’t one defining moment but rather the realization of how consistently and compassionately STELP operates. You can tell that this isn’t just about talking about helping people—it’s about individuals taking real responsibility with dedication, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose.
STELP: What stands out to you about the STELP team?
Anthony Lynch: The STELP team strikes us as incredibly dedicated, straightforward, and solution-oriented. At the same time, there’s a real sense of warmth and humanity. It’s this combination of professionalism, drive, and genuine compassion that makes STELP so special to us.
STELP: Where does your motivation to support STELP come from?
Anthony Lynch: For us, supporting STELP doesn’t feel like a separate or artificial commitment, but rather like a natural connection. We grew up in Stuttgart and within a network where music, subculture, clubs, bars, skateboarding, and graffiti were closely intertwined – and where mutual support has always played an important role.
Many people from this community are now part of the STELP family or closely connected to STELP. This creates a very direct and personal connection for us. You’re not just supporting “an organization” here – you’re supporting people and structures that come from an environment that has shaped us.

STELP: Which humanitarian project is especially close to your heart?
Anthony Lynch: Projects that provide children and young people with protection, support, and prospects are especially important to us. When safety, education, medical care, or a stable everyday life are lacking, reliable structures are essential. We highly value the fact that STELP supports people in exactly these areas and helps make meaningful assistance possible.
